Tactical Athlete (Firefighter and Police Wellness services) OR Performance & Wellness Services

Today the Fire Service Industry is growing rapidly! The Top Fire Personnel Candidates typically have completed intense EMS Training and/or intense Fire suppression Training. Understanding the components that a Fire Personnel needs (EMS & Fire Suppression Techniques) is crucial to get Fire Personnel a career with a department. Unfortunately, most Fire Personnel spend so much time on the attributes needed to join a department that they often neglect the physical preparation necessary to get the correct training adaptations.

Therefore, it is crucial for candidates to get the correct training that they need to strengthen attributes

that lead to successful fire personnel. Despite the best intentions of Peer fitness coaches trying to implement and create programs to help all fire personnel be successful.

expect a peer fitness coach to implement safe, effective fitness programs, as that is not their primary job. This is where hiring a professional that has worked countless hours with Fire personnel and created programs, systems, education, and trust within their departments.
